Award-Winning Communities

Each year the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando hosts the Golden Key Awards where they celebrate the achievements of the professionals in the greater Orlando apartment industry. Over 1,100 attendees from suppliers to leasing professionals and management gather together to celebrate each other and their work. Hundreds of nominations for over 26 categories of awards in Management, Communities, Maintenance and Suppliers were submitted for 2019. Nominations are carefully crafted with photos, letters of recommendation and accomplishments. This year Epoch is proud to have 11 nominations and take home 3 awards; Sea Isle Resort Apartment Homes; Housekeeper of the Year, Regla Perla, The Oaks at Southlake Commons; Service Tech of the Year, Derrius Wood and Best Community of the Year. This is the 3^rd consecutive year for winning both award categories for The Oaks.

Past awards include Best Community of the Year and Best Lease up of the Year for The Oaks at Southlake Commons in 2017 as well as Service Team of the Year and Leasing Manger of the Year for two consecutive years in 2017 and 2018. One of Epoch’s long-standing employees, Shannon Procacci, won Regional Supervisor of the Year in 2018.

Our community in Gainesville, Wildflower, won Conventional Community of the Year at their local Apartment Association awards gala this year as well.
