Employee Spotlight

We’re back with another #EmployeeSpotlight and this time we are highlighting our Regional Operations Coordinator, Joan Herring! Joan has been with Epoch for 27 years and has held various roles within the Company. She was hired as a Receptionist and shortly after transferred to Development, where she was Assistant to the form President and former Executive Vice President/CFO. In 2015, she began her current role where she works closely with owners, lenders, our accounting department and onsite staff. Her position allows her to work with just about every area of the Company! We are grateful to have such a devoted employee like Joan on our team!

When Joan isn’t in the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is a member of the Praise Team at her Church, enjoys photographing lighthouses and watching equestrian show jumping competitions and polo matches. She also loves traveling – see picture of Joan with her son, Morgan, at Jackson Hole last winter.
