NAA Excels Award Finalist

Epoch’s second Active Adult Community, Calirosa Winter Park, entered their first competition summer; the National Apartment Association’s Excellence Awards. The specific title amongst 20 categories was New Construction Community. The entry consisted of a detailed description of the community, a write up on why the community should win, indicators of success, amenities geared towards the 55+ demographic and operational efficiencies. Photos, event calendars and social media samples were also included. We were thrilled to be a top 3 finalist among several entries in this category.
