Sonceto & Calirosa Kissimmee Maintenance Team Recognized for Exemplary Work

Community Manager for both Sonceto and Calirosa Kissimmee, Amy Risinger, recently submitted her team to The Liberty Group’s Maintenance Team of the Month program and they won! Read on for Amy’s submission.

I would love the opportunity to brag about my maintenance team!!!!  I have 2 lease-ups going on in Kissimmee – Sonceto and Calirosa Kissimmee.  My super-maintenance work as a true team.  They all cover the grounds ensuring that both communities are blown, crisp and clean; ready for the day!  This team of 4 handles sanitizing all high-touch areas including all the elevators.  I can honestly say, I have never received more compliments on maintenance than I have for this team.  Each one of them truly has a passion for the industry and integrity in the quality of work they provide.  Every person is greeted with a smile and you will regularly see them going above and beyond carrying packages, helping a resident build a shelf, etc.

I haven’t meet a person that didn’t just love them!  Carlos, the maintenance supervisor, is skilled, patient and an amazing trainer.  He has built an incredible team that makes me so proud to introduce them to the residents and reassure them that they will be taken care of!  It is my absolute pleasure to work with this team!  II think my resident’s said it best “the staff seems to really care about the residents.”  This team has helped create a community not just an apartment complex.
