Veere joined the Epoch family originally as Palm Parkway in late 2018, early 2019 and has come a long way since. Delivering it’s first apartment homes in early 2020, Veere is comprised of 250 apartments spread throughout 3 four-story buildings. Unique amenities to this community include a two-story lofted Clubhouse with a two-story fitness center, a golf/sports simulator room, a resident library and an indoor pool lounge to name a few.

The Veere team is lead by Kyle Mong, Community Manager and Adrian Johns, Assistant Community Manager. From day one this duo has been bursting with energy and eager to create everlasting community at Veere.  The team is always coming up with creative ways to market their community including their very own catch phrase, Veere Our Way, which they use in their social media efforts and in community outreach. They have truly embraced the community name to enhance brand exposure and gain awareness among their competitors.

Another way the Veere group stands out is with their customer service for prospects and current residents. This is evident in the 10-plus, perfect 5-star reviews they have received on Google alone this year! Residents are raving about their community staff and wonderful amenities.
